Order process
Ordering has been made as easy as possible for you, but you cannot avoid asking for information and choices to complete your order. After you have placed your items in the shopping cart and click on order, we need your address to be able to send, your name to address it and your email for the track and trace code and updates of the shipment. Telephone number can be useful if you have entered a wrong email address and is the only other way to inform you at that time.

You can then choose from many payment options, choose the payment option that makes you feel most comfortable. The prices of the articles are competitive and focused on iDeal, bank transfer or Bancontact (Belgian). If you opt for more convenience, insurance or payment afterwards, there are additional costs associated with this, which are stated for each payment option.

Check your order, address, payment choice, view or download the General Terms and Conditions and click on final order to complete it via the payment provider Multisafepay that takes care of all our online payments.

We process your order within 24 hours, also on public holidays and weekends. In addition to the automated confirmation of your order by e-mail, you will also receive a personal message about the processing of your order within 24 hours. You will automatically be notified when it has been shipped, on which day it will be delivered and on the day of delivery a last one with the delivery period.

Shipping 1-3 days? Unfortunately, we do not have complete control over the final delivery and it is sometimes delayed by 1 or 2 days. The delivery services have been very busy for over a year because many store visits have shifted to online shopping. More than 9 out of 10 parcels still arrive the next day, which is a special achievement for all deliverers. To avoid disappointment, we use a 1-3 day delivery time so that in most cases it will be better than expected. If you have a negative experience with a particular delivery service in your region, let us know and we will do this with a delivery service of your choice.

Until the package has reached you in good order, this remains our responsibility and we are happy to help you with any questions. When a package is delayed 1 or 2 days, this will also be visible via the track and trace that you have received by email. It makes no sense for us in these 2 days to call the transporter, but it still gets stuck after this: Mail info@bok-webshops.nl then we will check this for you so that you do not have to e-mail or call and it will take time to do this lost.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are always clearly stated in the article and shopping cart:
You only pay shipping costs for the largest item, the rest of your order travels with it for free. Depending on the format for which the carrier charges extra, the costs for the Netherlands are from € 5.99 and Belgium from € 7.99.

Sending a package from 180 cm in length or 100 cm in width costs €69.99 (NL). Collection is free and at any time, but by appointment (we will contact you after your order). Change your 'Delivery Option' to 'collection' after clicking 'Order' to eliminate shipping costs.

All online payments are made via Pay, if your payment is not successful, you will automatically receive a reminder with payment link to complete the payment with one of the many payment options.
